Fourteen years ago, Bart joined ING as an HR Consultant. He has since developed into an all-round HR Manager who has mastered all disciplines in this field. He filled the positions of Vice President HR at ING Corporate & Investment Banking and of Head of HR Wholesale Banking Products at ING Wholesale Banking.

Gianluca Carnabuci joined ESMT Berlin in 2016 as an associate professor of organizational behaviour. Matt Bothner is Professor of Strategy and the Deutsche Telekom Chair in Leadership and HR Development at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin. He received the Mario Rese Best Teacher Award from ESMT’s Executive MBA program in 2014.
He taught previously at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he has received the Faculty Excellence Aware for Teaching, as well as the Hillel J. Einhorn Award for Excellence in Teaching from the University of Chicago’s EMBA programs in London and Singapore.
